Lincs Parkour now Hosts weekly Gym Classes!
Saturday: North Kesteven Sports Centre: 3.00 -4.30 PM Beginners Under 13, 4.30- 6.00 PM Beginners 13 and Over
Advanced Class 6.00 - 8.00 PM
Classes are £3 each. Any skill level welcome!

New Blog

Just an update, the Links section has now been replaced by the new "Lincs Parkour Blog"
It will be updated way more than the main site as the system is much more efficient, expect all number of things from Jam reviews, Videos, News, Articles etc. Hope you enjoy.

Energise Demo

On the 22nd of December, Lincs Parkour and Christ Hospital School Parkour, performed infront of a crowd of about 500 people, for a local Energise event. The show consisted of a combination of Parkour and Tricks, and its fair to say, both groups delivered and performed incredibly under pressure. The crowd loved it, and we were asked on for an encore! Even the event co-ordinator Dan said it made the show. Congratulations to everone who took part and everyone who supported and cheered us on. A big thanks to Dan and Dawn from Energise aswell who without the event wouldn't have happened. A video of the performance will be uploaded soon.

Siren FM

Today Dale, Ben, Jack and Stuart were interviewed by Siren FM over the Radio, and it was Broadcasted today at 4pm, A downloadable MP3 version will be available to download soon. The presenters have agreed to be put through their paces at a weekly jam, they have been warned, and we will be unleashing the full force of Lincs Parkour conditioning upon them. Best of luck guys!
